Our company, Sparus Boats, is specialized for private services of: daily tours, fishing tours, boat transfers and boat rentals. Working out how we could further satisfy our clients’ needs, we have created a variety of RIB and motor boats, fully equipped to provide a relaxed and leisurely voyage to the passengers. Our boats and engines are in great condition, tested and fully serviced. Boats are very carefully chosen to provide comfort and safety to the maximum.

 

Prices

Prices for tours and rentals includes insurance cover, taxes and all the necessary safety equipment according to the Croatian maritime legislation.

 

Bookings

For booking the cruise/service you have to pay deposit 20% of the price to the company’s account or we can charge your credit card. Bookings 20 days before the date of the cruise/service, deposit will be 50% of the price.

 

What is the legal basis for processing the data?

Personal data are required in the process of realization of the requested service. It will also be used for further mutual communication. Your data is available solely to SPARUS BOATS staff.

 

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations more than 20 days prior to departure date of the cruise/service booked, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.

For cancellations 5 to 19 days prior to departure date of the cruise/service booked, 50% of paid amount will be refunded.

For cancellations up to 0 to 4 days prior to departure date of the cruise/service booked, there will be no refund.

For Non-Show at the departure date and time of the cruise/service booked, there will be no refund.

In case of the bad weather conditions, total paid amount will be refunded.

 

Itineraries

In case of an unpredictable conditions or reasons beyond our control and events that occur after the cruise/service starts, we reserve the right to modify the route and alter the itineraries.

 

Baggage

Is at the risk of every individual passenger. Sparus Boats cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to luggage while cruise/service or while loading and unloading.

 

Lost Items

Small articles, jackets, hats, sunglasses, cameras, hand bags and any other items that are carried on a boat are entirely under the care of the passenger who held completely responsible for the items.

 

Insurance

Our passengers are covered against injuries during boat cruise/service by the owner companies. For baggage, as well as any other form of insurance please arrange individually.

 

Further Correspondence and Communication

By completing a booking, you agree to receive notification emails with offers and reminders which we may send you, giving you information on offers and providing you with information relevant to your reservation and destination.
